A closing built on clarity, clarity, not complication.
Title work is a craft. We treat it like one.
Most title shops in the country run on volume. Files are assigned to whoever has bandwidth, searches get outsourced overseas, and the closing table becomes a place where surprises get discovered out loud. We built Clearview to be the opposite.
Our forty-one-person team handles roughly four hundred files a month—a fraction of what a regional underwriter pushes through. That smaller volume lets a single licensed closer own your file from intake to recording, with the unhurried hours each transaction actually requires.
The result is the part of a real estate transaction nobody talks about, because nothing went wrong. Which, in our line of work, is the highest compliment.
Five paths. One standard of care
Every closing is different. The packages below are sized to the transaction, with pricing transparent up front and no line items that appear at the table.

Two centuries of title craft, running on modern rails.
Title search has been written into the public record of Mecklenburg County since the colonial era. Most of the discipline hasn’t changed: read every recorded instrument touching the parcel, follow the chain backward until it’s clean, surface anything that doesn’t belong. We still do that work by hand.
What has changed is the rails it runs on. The same team that examines deed books also runs Remote Online Notarization sessions, encrypted wire portals, and county-direct e-recording. The craft is old. The plumbing is new. The combination is what makes a fourteen-day closing possible without cutting a single corner.
